      Pros

      CSI has always followed through with commitments, they do offer consultants benefits (6 paid holidays a year and 40 hours of PTO at your contract rate for every 2,000 hours you work are uncommon in my experience). Pay is competitive.

      Cons

      In my experience, roles are primarily staff augmentation. I frequently meet folks who also work for CSI, but had no idea that we were on the same time. Communication could be better-no news is good news I guess, but feedback on performance and contract status would be nice. If I need something, my recruiters have always been responsive, but no regularly scheduled meetings
