Pros
Family First attitude from the top down. Work with great, knowledgeable people Information is shared, not hidden. Peer training happens without having to request it. People just explain what and how they are doing what they are doing.
Cons
Bit unorganized. Sometimes an employee who lives in NC will get sent to GA and one in GA gets sent to NC, etc.
