Pros
They food you well when you have to report. Hybrid work schedule have to report 1st and 3rd of each month. Office is clean, nice location with restaurants, shops. The benefits are also pretty well. Bonuses are decent but depends on how well the company does.
Cons
Micromanaging, favoritism, sexism, bias, management not all the page. Raises could be better.
