MA's for the most part are great hard working people. Good leadership from the supervisor/ lead levels. Nice, laid back atmosphere.

Cons

Low pay compared to other companies, even for experienced people. Not many opportunities to develop into new roles, just stuck waiting for someone else to move on for a chance to be promoted.
