Working at CSL Seqirus offers a great balance of culture and work/life balance with decent pay and benefits. When the production schedule gets faster during the seasonal campaign (Winter-Summer) things get busier and more stressful, however it never feels like too much to handle. Vaccine manufacturing is a stable business in a growing industry.

Cons

Competition from other Pharma companies in the area means a higher rate of attrition (eg. more recruiting and training replacements.
