A Good Company to Work For

Pros

It's a somewhat relaxed environment for a production facility. The work is usually steady but not very challenging, which makes the day go by rather quickly. Upper management was also usually very reasonable and amiable.

Cons

There were a couple instances of mandatory overtime due to staff shortages. Given the ease of applying and getting the job, I can't imagine it was due to lack of available workers. They seem to be hesitant to hire if they don't absolutely have to, which puts too much on the workers.
