Pros

Great benefits, off Christmas and news years. Employees get higher donor fees then the regular donors.

Cons

People call in all the time leaving you short staffed and are allowed to continue to call in. Donors are rude and disrespectful and blame when you have to defer them. When they see you outside of work at a store they will stalk you. The place is somewhat mismanaged. Some of the managers don't appreciate their employees especially the ones that show up every day and work hard. They only recognized certain employees for their hard work. No matter how hard you work it's not enough.

Unorganized, they cut hours drastically during tax season, inconsistent schedules and they’re never posted on time.

there are usually hour to get until you hit over time (all based on hpd) there is a lot to help people out (discouts, health insurance, time off)

Cons

if you go to donate there you will know if you will get alone with the people as if they were coworkers
