Pros

Great Co-workers, Advancement possibilities from hiring internal candidates,, uniforms provided. every other weekend off. Monthly meetings to keep employees informed.

Cons

Crazy hours, Chaos, unorganized management, no time to do training. pay not equal to the workload, short staffed regularly.

Probably the worst place I've ever worked

Pros

Some of the coworkers were great as were some of the donors

Cons

Promotions come down to who the managers like socially more than merit, many of the employees were not exactly secretive about their recreational drug usage, poor training, despicably low pay for the amount/complexity of work performed, ratio of donors to phlebotomists/techs could be way out of whack, poor donor screening processes to the point where donors who were clearly inebriated or in poor hygiene would be allowed to donate, too many more to list.

Pros

Usually stayed busy throughout the day. Interesting people that can tell some funny stories. Every day is going to be different.

Cons

Low pay, favorites of managers and supervisors. Short breaks/no breaks when busy. Working some holidays, and dealing with some of the nasty people that come in.
