      You can request vacation as many times as you want with one month's notice, but it's unpaid.

      As a part-time worker, you don't get paid for any holidays, even if you work them.

      Poor Support to Managers

      Pros

      Great benefits, great talented employees, awesome experience on how to run a business.

      Cons

      The company keeps taking resources away from the management team, reducing number of managers to run leaner, while still expecting management to fulfill all daily tasks and support the team during rush times. In addition, no support is given by HR when challenging situations arise, they take about 10 days to respond. It would be a great position, working for a great company, but right now they think managers can do more than humanly possible. Great talents are being lost for burnout and lack of support.
