Helped the community and educated some on general conditions and ways to improve health.

Cons

You are not cared for as a person - 6 years of your time does not matter - they wanted to phase out the highest rate of pay individuals including RNs and those with several years experience- people come and go - management is inconsistent and has no foresight and is reactive not proactive.
