The donors were great . I enjoyed the actual job . Clean facility because employees cleaned

Poor management. . Breaks not given to employees hardly ever just your lunch. . Employees I was one of them work 10 hours with only one break .If any mistakes are made you are singled out and called to office and it is recorded on paper and management talks down to employee like you are dumb and not allowed to make mistake . Management shows up a whole hr late to open the doors to employees another few times about thirty minutes late . Not enough employes scheduled Dobor wait times can be very long

It's really repetitive, if you like that. Also no interacts with donor, your left in peace.

Cons

The pay is really low for the amount of work and responsibility that you have. Being exposed to untested plasma... And yes you will be exposed, I've had it spill on me multiple times.
