Very Friendly! Welcoming place to work. Employees can also donate to see both sides of the employee/customer viewpoints.

Cons

Could pay some of the employees a little better, but the employees seem satisfied.

Ecomomy proof in that the worst it is the more people need cash and are willing to donate giving job security.

Cons

High stress and pace, and underpaid for responsibility given. HR heavy.
