Needs a massive overhall

Pros

Good salary although it could be improved upon Hours are reasonable mostly Site is generally well maintained

Cons

Horrible use of temporary staff resulting in low morale Understaffed Expected to do the work of more than one worker Work isn't appreciated - more is always wanted from you Complexities and pointless extras added into jobs without consideration to the impact it will have
