      Good company and benefits, definitely a strong culture

      Cons

      No room to grow or be promoted. Management creates work out of thin air to keep employees busy, Crazy amounts of attention on things that are not important to business.

      Good pay, big department and many people to talk to. Good conditions. Overall mostly quite professional.

      Cons

      IT system slow and very very unreliable. I spent hours of unproductive time just trying to access emails and online training. I also spent a substantial amount of time submitting requests trying to get the IT system fixed, usually to no avail. The IT system was a constant source of frustration, and site-wide it probably totalled millions of dollars in lost productivity.
