      Great vision. Poor execution.

      Pros

      Great vision and desire to help patients. Genuine people. A sprinkling of incredibly clever people. CEO really taking stock of the future and adapting the organisation accordingly.

      Cons

      Alot of siloes. Poor processes. Poor middle management / leadership. Poor performance management. Too much emphasis on people who have been around for a long time and can't see how it the company is changing. Poor appreciation of the talents & experience of all other parts of the CSL family (ie other than CSL-Behring). Difficult to feel valued if you came from elsewhere.

      Company has a good culture that’s supportive.

      Cons

      Leadership is too detail oriented. Not always a bad thing but it’s made a lot of people not be able to see the forest for the trees.
