      Pros

      Cell culture experience , new building, cafeteria and automation experience.

      Cons

      Below average compensation in comparison to other pharma companies in the area, can't accrue PTO in Nov and Dec for some reason, MA's are expected to initiate deviations, update schedules, issue batch records and other things that aren't typically in the scope of a manufacturing associates responsibilities. having to put in for PTO time weeks in advance for approval, no advancement.

      Pros

      New Management has the company focused on growth an becoming profitable. This is good for job creation and stability. You are recognized for good work at least from a person to person basis. Work-life balance is great. Good benefits (health, eye, dental, 401k, life insurance, and more)
