      Pros

      If you live close to Parkville and don't want to work in the city, the location is okay (although you'll want to bring your lunch). Pay is decent for the work.

      Cons

      Incredibly siloed, pervasive attitude of "that's not my job", management are overbearing and not at all transparent, work is monotonous with precious few opportunities for development, despite what they tell you.

      Pros

      New management focusing on profitability. Collaborative culture inclusive of all ideas. New products are coming to facility. Peers recognize and appreciate each other.

      Cons

      Cafeteria is expensive. Benefits could be better especially with healthcare and 401k matching. There are to many meetings that lack facilitation.
