Pros

The hardworking people, shift options, yearly bonus, mostly standard benefits, and work isn't hard

Cons

You won't make any progress unless you are considered a "favorite". Promotions not based on actual work, but on being liked. Low pay for pharma in this area. No sense of confidentiality with Supervisors/Management, what you say in 1:1 will be held against you and told to their peers. Supervisors don't have the process knowledge that they should and add no benefit to the shifts. Terrible communication in all directions, from the top down, shift-to-shift. Severe lack of a training curriculum for on-boarding a new person. No clear chain of command or structure. Management listens to concerns, but never addresses them. Very high turnover. Not treated as one team, everything from communication to reprimanding is handled differently based on who you are, and who your supervisor is.

Pros

The company is still small and therefore there’s opportunity to make a tangible impact. Lots of very experienced, talented and great colleagues. The benefits are very good as well and there’s good emphasis on career development

Cons

Lots of legacy thinking from the old Novartis crew or CSL, both much larger and potentially slower to action organizations. Seqirus leadership is a bit risk resistant and that’s critical at a time when the market is so dynamic
