A lot of opportunity to learn about the manufacturing process. Benefits were good and salary was competitive with the market.

Cons

A lot of politics often times favorites are chosen for promotion instead of the most deserving employees.

Pros

The leadership I've worked for knows and values the skills of their individual team members and advocates for them. Entry level roles abound and there is lots of potential for growth from those roles for good performers. The pay is excellent.

Cons

Salary ranges are not published and I definitely got screwed on pay when I got promoted from entry level role as there was a "maximum" raise amount and they capped me at that, below the actual salary range of the role. I eventually cottoned on and they did raise me into the range of the roll.

nice company car, products are well-regarded by HCPs

Cons

toxic work environment, no real/organised training. It was a field position with long hours although over-time was not considered as such. Overall work-life balance leading to burn-out and the pay wasn't quite worth it.
