      It’s not a bad place to work

      Pros

      You work 4 days and off 4 days. Overtime isn’t mandatory

      Cons

      It’s a friendship company. It’s hard for anybody to pay attention to complaints or listen if they don’t know you. Can be an odd work/life balance to adjust to depending on the 4 days you have on and off.
