Pros

Good work environment, if you have the needed experience, and could push forward well in it then I feel as if it could be a good place to grow. I get to do some things that i hadn't know about, and that in itself makes it more or less something that i enjoy.

Cons

Not really a con, but never been too hard on hardware, more of a software standalone packages person. Heavy use of legacy code, C is the standard for the company, scripting, if not a strong suit, could be your downfall.
