Great work enviornment. Great sense of humor. No Micro-Management.

Cons

May take longer for career raises or growth. Need to be looking to spend at least 5-10 years here in order to see growth potential.

Pros

Good culture, strong NOC, team minded individuals, a place you stay with for years. Very strong knowledge base from fellow Engineers. MSP with a very good company structure, organization, and way of doing business. Highly recomend CSPi!

Cons

Nothing really. Biggest con for me was having to move and leave CSPi due to personal health reasons.
