This company trats employees as 3rd graders, send you home when they make mistakes in schedualing works, if managers can use whip to make you work fasters they would, work in empty facilities, no furnitures only tables and chairs, cameras to watch you. Use your own cell phone for their business without compensation, no training no leadership you make mistake they send you home, no documentations, you get hundreds detailed email a dailey they expect you to read them from home on your time. Basically indian company culture in usa, only reason they here because of us rules on cdma cant be worked from india directly.
Cons
Prefer to work at gas station or seven eleven better than here, once i get another job will get out. Most of employees on visit visa from india or students happy to have a job in us to put on thier resume.
