      Pros

      I've been with the company for about a year, and so far, my experience has been very positive. My direct manager has found what motivates me and has provided me with opportunities to expand in that area. Also, I feel like I make valuable contributions to my teamwork.

      Cons

      So far, the only con I've seen is the company's size, which perhaps will not give many opportunities to grow.

      Leadership cares about the well-being of their employees. Management is very fair and equitable.
