      Meet some really great friends No upper managment to watch over you.

      No career growth or advancement Unfair treatment from upper management VERY high turnover rate, especially with Senior Management No potential new work - causes uncertainty of the stability of your position Poor teamwork skills between departments HR department is out for themselves Poor communication between management and their employees Poor Benefits A company that is overall following apart.

      Nice Company, but gov't constraints

      Friendly co-workers, fair pay, interesting work, challenging projects.

      Cons

      Artificial restrictions on hours in accordance with Musk's mandates. Gov't is very, very cheap about buying software tools with support, which makes development dependent on open-source software and a lot of guesswork. Workflow pace can be glacial. Some lousy project leaders.
