This is one of the best companies to work for.. Pros: They take care of their employees so well and make sure everything is smooth sailing. Its a very competitive environment and a huge learning curve , which is always a plus !!

I've been with the company for about a year, and so far, my experience has been very positive. My direct manager has found what motivates me and has provided me with opportunities to expand in that area. Also, I feel like I make valuable contributions to my teamwork.

Cons

So far, the only con I've seen is the company's size, which perhaps will not give many opportunities to grow.
