Pros

Easy to work with, and supportive faculty! You will typically work with your specific department most of the time, making your experience very personal and enjoyable as you get accustomed to one another.

Cons

Some of the automation in regards to documents and information transferring between levels of faculty is a little slow/cluttered. Expect delays when you first begin. It is difficult to get to know the other faculty since the school is so large.
