Business Outlook
Pros
Staffs are friendly and helpful. The position has minimal supervision. I only need to report once or twice per semester to the Department Chair.
Cons
The building is old and majority of the CSU students are unmotivated. They have really tight budget and as a result, I did not have any assistant on grading class assignments.
