Pros

This program is a great opportunity to work at the highest levels of California state government. There is a lot of respect for the programs in Sacramento, and it gives you a high level of credibility to have the fellowship's stamp of approval. This is by far the best way to get a job in the Building, if that's what you're looking for.

Cons

The program administration is terrible, and office placements are erratic - some are amazing, some are pretty average.
