Safety is always first and the salary and retirement is very competitive.

Transition in upper management has been a learning curve for local management.

I like that we are environmentally friendly and have a pretty stable job. There are some lay offs but no where near as bad as I have seen other industries.

Cons

There is too much nepotism.
