Harassment by management, On Call 24/7, Low pay for being on call and forced to work at different terminals

Pros

Excellent training, excellent benefits. There is good opportunity for advancement. Very large senority district to move around.

Cons

Training pay is not that great, $600/wk with no overtime. Working 12 hour days 6 days a week. Right after being hired and qualifying, trainees are being furloughed.
