Family, personal and professional relationships are consistently strained due to the incredible dedication that is expected from all CSX employees.
After years of dedicated service the treatment of employees has not improved at all.
Harassment is not allowed but threats of firing employees happens daily and is common in public forums.

This review is not by a bitter ex employee but rather by one that has survived all of the cuts and watched from the sidelines as many of my friends have been treated horribly and with zero respect. To say that I'm appalled is an understatement. I am actively trying to find another job and would hesitate to recommend this organization to an enemy.
