      Pros

      Company has been restricted to 12 hour maximum days in many positions. The mass firings and CEO turnovers are at a rest. Benefits are great and more jobs are opening up.

      Cons

      Company is investing heavily in more automated technologies and uses drones and camera systems to watch employees to an extreme level in certain positions. The company has not caught up to the new pay paradigm in the country, making tough, hot, and unpleasant jobs pay very near that of many people just over the new minimum wage.
