      Good benefits, decent pay, hours always vary, you bid to shifts so you never know when your shift schedule will change

      Cons

      Terrible management, Terrible working hours, Seniority based, you are only a number to the company they do not care about anything but the $$$. You can get laid off at anytime with no warning

      They teach everything that is required of you, nothing to difficult about training for a IS at all. Very easy

      Cons

      They lay off very easily, they always hire or train to many people and let the others go after 30 days
