      Pros

      pay is decent for MTO when bonus is good.

      Cons

      terminal MTO works 5 on 2 off if they are lucky, but unless you are at a MAJOR terminal (Waycross, Selkirk, etc)...no days off unless on vacation. 7 days a week and on call 24 hours a day. Promotion potential is alomst zero since they can't keep people in MTO jobs since they work 7 days a week.

      Cons

      Work life balance will not have one, just a number to the company, will not have a weekend off phone constantly rings.
