Pros
I'm really having a hard time coming up with pros. I guess average pay with good benefits. Room for advancement if you have/get a college degree.
Cons
Poor managers that expect way too much, while they play on their phones. Terrible people. I have NEVER met people like people that work for CSX. It is unbelievable how mean, shallow and rude most employees are. Work hours suck if you have a family or until you get like 10 years seniority. I can go on for days but I'll spare you the complaining and end here.
