      health benefits, pay, outdoors work, great industry

      Cons

      consistent turnover of new hires, lack of long-term skilled and qualified co-workers. everyone gets written up and follow at some point. The need to pay for job insurance so when you get suspended or terminated you will receive a paycheck. horrible schedules in the transportation dept side.
