Pros

Great leadership team. Focus on safety. They expect you to work hard and reward you for doing a good job. Good pay, great bonus (when we earn it - most years), decent benefits. Some real good leaders in the company. You are often given a lot of latitude to do the job. Do well and it is recognized.

Cons

Work in silos. Benefits could be better. Downtown charges employees for parking. Company has started to improve employee perks but could do a lot better.

Pros

Long term strategies and with a better management. Very good training opportunities. Salaries are good. Technology upgrade is on the way. Currently company trying to create more career promotions. Performance management that decides bonus is currently changing to newer and better.

Cons

Long work hours. Because nature of the company runs 24x7 may need to work on weekends on holidays. There is no overtime pay for employees but bonus is provided.
