Pros

Decent Pay Good Bonus Good work life balance Continually focused on improvement of company as a whole and on employee satisfaction

Cons

The focus on improvement is in the early stages, so there's lots of work to be done. Still lots of mainframe focus. Too many project managers. Too many contract developers. Would probably be better off replacing some with loyal internal employees who know the business which would also reduce the need for so many project managers/app consultants.

Pension and job stability are the best reasons, while having the ability to travel and rack up hotel points are next

Cons

periods in which work life balance are out of whack, don't let the company own you demand your time

Good stable company, values employee/customer, make effort to make workplace a better place, retirement benefit. Management effective and value employee/customer opinion and willing to make changes to improve.

Cons

Stressful, many of responsibilities, health benefit could be better
