      Pros

      -High level of competence among coworkers -Friendly, approachable people -Challenging, stimulating work -Easy communication with senior management -Nice facilities -Focus on development. Extensive, helpful training courses.

      Cons

      -Limited cons, really There is some pressure, at least in my department, to work longer hours. Leaving before 5pm is almost unheard of, and many are in the office past seven o'clock.

      Pros

      The initial pay is decent; just don't divide your pay by the hours you work. If you do, you'll likely cry and wonder why you ever went to college.

      Cons

      I don't have the words to adequately describe the pervasiveness of incompetence that plagues this company. It's maddening to work with and incredibly time consuming. Virtually every aspect of working here is a "con". Don't consider employment with CSX unless you're in such dire need of money that you are on the brink of homelessness...and I'd bet that if hired, you'll look back and question whether or not its better to be homeless, or an employee of this company. Yes. It's that bad here.
