      Pros

      Consistent work. Average benefits. Thorough training. Pay is on time. The persons you will be working with are hard working dedicated and upright individuals.

      Cons

      Terribly immature management with bigger heads than they should have. Belittling and negatively biased in their views of those who do the labor. Usually they are put in their positions because they are light hearted "Yes Men." Liars. Their company game is belittlement for control. Terrible. The union is useless and unfaithful to their men. They ruin people's lives through domination.

      Pros

      Good vision about where the company can go in the future. Operating well.

      Cons

      Culture from the top down is very stodgy. Leadership that has authority to make decisions is not progressive enough to retain good talent. Classifies all positions in a similar way but some leaders have dozens of direct reports while others have one. Comp and benefits used to be top notch but have definitely started lacking in recent years and are not competitive for some jobs.
