Pros
Pay can be good some time, health benefits. But all that is slowly getting worse due to the company changing our contract and the union just standing by doing nothing.
Cons
Work life balance, hardly any time at home to be father or husband. Management can't be trusted, all they care about is stock price going up by any means necessary. Work environment is always negative, and no sort of real ethics in this company. Pay union dues only for company to disregard contract and union does nothing.
