      Good pay and stability. Lots of options to move around and try different jobs.

      Some upheaval during upper management change over. I've heard it's resolved.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, especially the retirement pension. Yes, I said pension. Healthcare is pretty good as well. Many options to move around within the engineering craft.

      Cons

      Nearly 100% travel, vacation scheduling is terrible because work schedule is constantly changing. Also only 2 weeks of vacation until 8 years, then only 3 till 15. No sick time.
