Pros

You can make a lot of money taking road trains. The yard is good money if you can hold a job but they do monitor your hours in the yard.

Cons

There is not much of a home life. Your on call unless you can hold a yard job. This job is about making strictly money. If you worried about a schedule then this job isn’t for you. Random calls

Pros

Seemed like a great opportunity

Cons

Ghosted after what seemed like great communication. Was processing out of the military, applied for a job, received a job offer, signed said job offer (hired), was in good communication with the company then was promptly ghosted with no further communication. Since I had this job pretty much in works I stopped looking for a job and was in a tough situation rapidly looking for another job with minimal time to spare while leaving active duty service.
