Pros

The teammates were helpful, supportive, and easy to work with

Cons

Where do I begin? The management is extremely micromanaging. They constantly monitor screenshots, webcam feeds, and even question why you're looking away from your screen. The work environment feels more focused on surveillance than productivity. Project requirements and expectations are often poorly communicated. Teams are not properly aligned, and people frequently end up working in silos without a clear understanding of the bigger picture. When issues arise, management tends to blame employees rather than acknowledge or address the communication and organizational shortcomings that contributed to the problems. Most hiring appears to be project-based. Once a project is completed, they often look for reasons to let people go, citing excuses such as AI usage or minor camera alignment issues. Overall, it was one of the most frustrating, disorganized, and unprofessional work experiences I've had.
