So you get a great opportunity for career growth and other benefits if you are delivering quality work. The CEO of the company listens to your ideas and suggestions. Great co-workers, challenging environment, and you get rewarded for your hard work and dedication. Team members are very helpful and the DS team always listens to your suggestions and ideas for improving a site's functionality and workflow. I do not see any issue with the upper management. In case of any delays in a project, they talk to you and patiently discuss the issues with you.
