Pros

CTDI has a positive work environment with supportive colleagues. During my time there, I had the opportunity to learn new skills and gain hands-on experience that significantly contributed to my professional growth. The training programs and workflow processes are well-structured, making it easy for new employees to adapt and become productive quickly.

Cons

At times, the workload can be high during peak periods, which requires strong time management. However, it also offers a good opportunity to build resilience and problem-solving skills.

Pros

Stable for the most part Some start ups have opportunity to grow Multiple locations (opportunity to move around the DFW)

Cons

Pay is on the lower scale Family owned, so they run it how they want. Corporate is pretty much the family that owns it and so is HR. No yearly raises/ reviews
