Pros

Benefits are decent and cheap. If you fit their personality profile, there is room to move up since so many people leave.

Cons

Everything else. Sometimes you work somewhere and learn how to do things, sometimes you learn how NOT to do things. Long hours, sniping, straight up lying. Everything is manual and antiquated. Their computer software is green screen, the same software they've been using since the 70's. You're not going to learn anything here that will be of value to your career when you move on. Long hours and 24/7 on call are pretty much expected
