Nothing unless your name is Parsons or are related you will never advance beyond entry level work, management positions are reserved for family

Cons

Lying management, deceptive business practices, inept hr department. I applied for 4 different positions that I am over qualified for and lost all 4 positions to personnal friends of the family.

Absolutely nothing. This place is the worst company to work for. They do not value employees and management is horrendous. There is nothing positive to say at all.

Cons

Everything stated in the reviews below. This company is a con in general. THey do not have any policies or procedures set in place. Therefore management comes up with unrealistic goals which creates a non-productive work environment.
