      Pros

      Benefits are amazing. Sometimes the company will do paid bonuses for working weekends that can range to 300-500 extra onto your paycheck + double time if you're (with company.)

      Cons

      The cons will probably be time off and the hire on policy. It takes nearly 3 months if you're a temp then on top of that it takes 90 days to be hired on to receive your benefits.

      Decent co-workers but the management was very poor. No safety training, and low pay.

      Pros

      you never get to have your phone with you (or your fired) they give you fake vacation time (if you use it you pay them back) Extremely uncommunicative Awful HR (they are allowed to change any policy and rule and never have to tell you.) Offers bonuses all the time, but if you go for perfect attendance bonuses you will lose it because of the PTO they give you.

      Cons

      You will not make money. They will bleed you dry and expect you to be okay being the last to hear about an emergency at home.
